These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TApp PDF app for iOS ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You retain all rights to the documents and files you process with the App. Because the App is local-first, your files stay on your device; you are solely responsible for them and for keeping your own backups.
The App offers in-app purchases: a Premium subscription (monthly/yearly), a one-time Premium Lifetime purchase, and a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
Unless you purchase an ad-free option, the App displays advertising provided by third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions, compression, OCR, or any other operation will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Always verify important documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
