Open the Scan tab, select the matching exam/sheet, and point the camera at the answer sheet. The app detects filled bubbles and grades automatically. You can also pick a photo from your library.
The camera is used to scan answer sheets; the photo library is used to open previously captured sheets. Images are processed on your device, unless you actively use the AI recognition feature.
Yes. All class, student, and grading data is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. Backups are encrypted and can optionally be synced to your own cloud storage (such as Google Drive). See our Privacy Policy.
Pro/Max plans are auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. To manage or cancel: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EduGrade. Cancel before the period ends to avoid renewal.
Sign in with the same Google account used to buy, then open the plans screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your plan is restored automatically.
Open the license activation screen in the app and enter your code to unlock the corresponding features.
When you choose AI recognition, the sheet image is sent to a third-party AI service to recognize the answers. This runs only when you actively use it.
If you are a school, center, or organization that needs bulk licensing for multiple teachers, please contact us to discuss a suitable arrangement.
Individual plans (Pro, Max, remove ads) are purchased directly in the app via Google Play.
