By downloading and using EduGrade ("the app"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EduGrade on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, tamper with, or crack the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) abuse the quota system, license activation, or attempt to access paid features without valid payment.
Data you enter (classes, students, exams, results) belongs to you and is stored on your device. You are responsible for the lawfulness of that data, including collecting student information in compliance with applicable law and obtaining any required consent.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests follow Apple's/App Store policy; we do not directly process refunds for App Store transactions.
In addition to App Store plans, we may issue license codes to schools/organizations. Codes are granted within the agreed scope and must not be shared, resold, or used beyond the permitted quantity. Contact the email below to discuss.
The free version displays ads. You can remove ads by purchasing the corresponding plan.
The app is provided "as is". Automated grading results are assistive; you should double-check important cases. We are not liable for errors arising from image quality, non-standard sheets, or user-entered data.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
